The Village of Pelham Board of Trustees on Tuesday Sept. 10 closed the public hearing on the 139 Fifth Avenue apartment development proposal but kept open the public hearings on the 163 Wolfs Lane apartment proposal and on a proposed mitigation law.

Although the 139 Fifth Avenue project hearing was closed, reports on the sewer abd storm water are still pending. Also, the developer said he is applying for NYSERDA net zero funding for certain environmental friendly features for the building although he does not expect this to delay the construction schedule significantly.

Further discussion on all is planned at the next Board meeting on Sept. 24.
