State Senaor Alessandra Biaggi and her husband Nathaniel Koloc

State Senator Alessandra Rose Biaggi married Nathaniel Smith Koloc on July 22, 2019 at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, New York.

Alessandra, who grew up in Pelham, is a first-term Democratic State Senator representing parts of the Bronx and Westchester. Senator Biaggi graduated summa cum laude from New York University and received a law degree from Fordham University.

She is the daughter of Toni Biaggi and Richard Biaggi of Pelham.

Mr. Koloc runs Formidable, a management consultancy based in Pelham. He graduated from the University of Vermont and received a master’s degree in strategic leadership toward sustainability from Blekinge Technical Institute in Karlskrona, Sweden. He is the son of Brenda L. Smith of Pittsburgh and the late Fred J. Koloc.

The couple worked on the Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign together.

State Senator Biaggi will keep her last name. The couple lives in Pelham.
