Celebrate Italian American Heritage month at The Picture House tonight, Tuesday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m. with a special screening of the documentary "il Signor Jackson" followed by a wine and cheese reception and Q&A with the award-winning filmmaker Anton Evangelista and subject of the film Edward Jackson. The film event is presented by The Italian American Forum and is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Pelham Art Center opens its fall 2019 program of Folk Art events highlighting artistic traditions of different cultures through performance and hands-on workshops with BombaYo! Afro-Puerto Rican this Sunday, September 22 from 2-4 PM. The event is free and open to all ages.

The Pelham Chamber of Commerce's second annual Wolfs Walk street festival will be held tomorrow, Saturday, September 7th from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The event will feature live music, artisanal food and drink, a highly curated selection of artists, artisans, crafters, and retailers as well as a selection of non-profit organizations who will be on-hand to share information about their work and missions.

The Pelham Memorial High School theater program Sock--Buskin will present its annual Young Playwrights Festival in the high school auditorium tonight, Friday, May 30 and 31 at 7 p.m. with tickets sold at the door for $10.

Marc Underhill is my grandson. "Auggie" is his first movie . It will be shown in the Greenwich , CT film festival (as well as others throughout the States and abroad). Thought this might make either your "Have you Heard"......or wherever else you have space and time to put it. If you need more info, either call or email me. Starring Eli Stein as Albert Peterson, Bella Rosado as Rosie Alvarez, Audrey Levenson as Mrs. Mae Peterson, Jeremy Tam as Conrad Birdie, Kady Finegan as Kim MaCafee, and Greg MacFarland as Hugo Peabody, the Pelham Middle School performances of “Bye Bye Birdie” were a tremendous success.
