The Picture House will offer a horror movie making workshop for high school students on two Saturdays, Oct. 13 and 20 at its Satellite Film Lab, 253 Wolfs Lane, Pelham.

Young filmmakers and actors will brainstorm, write, film, and edit an original short horror film. The final product will make its big screen debut before the popular annual Rocky Horror Picture Show screenings the weekend of October 27-28 and will be eligible to be entered into the 2019 Future Filmmakers Film Festival, hosted by The Picture House in April.

The cost for the Picture House of Horror Movie Making workshop is $125 and members at the Family Level or higher receive a 10% discount. For more information about the workshop, or any other Picture House education program, visit www.thepicturehouse.org, email education@thepicturehouse.org or call 914-738-3161.
