The Picture House summer camps are a fun way for young people to get an introduction to all kinds of filmmaking, and registration for the camps is now underway.

The August camps are for preschool up to high schooll—with 30 second videos, stop-motion animation, music videos, fairytale films, how-to’s, commercials, documentaries and much more.

"We’re always coming up with new ways to introduce students to all forms of filmmaking, while continuing to reinforce respect for collaboration, creativity, and film literacy,"TPH camp organizers said.

This summer, there will be a new camp, Around the World of Filmmaking, for  children ages 4-7.

Registerfor camps  by July 1 for early bird rates at thepicturehouse.org.
