Project Community plans a two-part Color Run on May 18-19, starting with a kickoff party on Saturday evening before featuring a huge raffle and culminating with the Color Run the next morning on Sunday.

All proceeds will benefit the on-going programs of Project Community.

The Color Run Kick-Off Party on Saturday, May 18th will be held at the Meridian Building at One Wolf’s Lane from 5:00-8:00pm. Tickets are $100.00 per person and includes one raffle ticket. You do NOT not need to be present to win!

1st Prize / $1,500

2nd Prize / $750

3rd-5th Prize / $150

The event includes open bar and food by Rockwells, live music by Dos Decadas.

The Annual Color Run will be held on Sunday, May 19 (Rain date May 26). Runners start at Esplanade @ Westward Lane, Pelham Manor at 10:00-1:00pm There will be a DJ and refreshments at the end of the Run at Siwanoy Playground. Registration: $30

Project Community is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that began in Pelham as Nurses Network. Its core programs address two crucial issues impacting our youth: binge drinking and sexual assault. A third program, Project CHILDD (Community Help In Learning about Developmental Disabilities), provides a free monthly art and movement program in which children with special needs (aged 3-18) develop relationships with teen mentors.
