The Pelham Civic Association honored Dr. Anne Frost and Town Supervisor Peter DiPaola as Persons of the Year at its annual Dinner Dance at Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.on Nov.8.
Dr. Frost was honored as a co-founder of Nurses Network of Pelham which has evolved into the current successful organization - Project Community - that brings together nurses with community leaders in healthcare, business, education, and volunteerism. Their goal is to continue to develop innovative programs that can effectively address national health needs by mobilizing community-based program. She is also former Director of the Master’s Degree Program at the College of New Rochelle and has received stte awards.
Anne has three children and six grandchildren:Jennifer Frost & Will Garrow (Anne); David & Carolyn Frost (Charlotte, Patrick, Connor and Katherine Mae); Val & Lauren Frost (Ryan)
Town Supervisor DiPaola has served the community for the last 40 years. He is a former Mayor of Pelham Manor and has been Town Supervisor since 2011. He has been a member of Pelha Civics, Rotry Club of the pelhams and a volunteer for several local charities.
Peter and his wife Julieta have three children and six grandchildren:Julie Marie; Peter Jr. & Julianna (Lily, Jake & Matthew); Billy & Anne (Billy, Michael & Fiona)
