Turf work at Glover baseball fields and work on the Glover tennis courts iare expected to begin on Saturday, July 27.

James Hricay, Assistant School Superintendent for Business, made the announcement of the date at the Board of Education meeting on Monday, July 15. Later, he told Pelhams PLUS that the work on the baseball fields could extend into next spring while the tennis court work would be completed much earlier. He said the Athletic Director and Pelham Recreation are working on alternative spaces for programs that cannot use the areas during the construction.

The turf project and the tennis court project were approved by voters as part of the last bond issue.
