The Pelham PTA Council's Pedestrian Safety Committee is seeking to identify dangerous intersections in Pelham and Pelham Manor where students are currently crossing when walking and biking to and from school, and to advocate for increased safety at these locations.

A statement from The Pelham PTA Council's Pedestrian Safety Committee said: "Walking or biking to school keeps all of our children safer. We encourage children to walk or bike to school, whenever possible, with the aim of reducing car traffic in and around school grounds."
