In 2020, the Pelham Board of Education must seek new bids for construction of the new Hutchinson School after the initial bids came in over budget. The Board is identifying various modifications to the building specifications to assist with lowering costs to complete the Hutchinson project within the budget approved by voters in the bond issue. Some items taken out of the proposal may have to be put in future regular budgets.

In 2020, The Village of Pelham Board of Trustees is expected to announce results of its negotiations with Pelham House LLC on a proposed rental apartment/retail/public parking project between Fifth and Fourth Avenues involving the purchase of the Village owned Fire House, parking lots, and property where Village Hall is located. As part of the project, the developer would build a municipal facilities center housing the fire department, police department (now in rented space in Town Hall) and Village offices. The center would be located where the former Capital One Bank was located on Fifth Avenue and would have rental apartment units and parking where Village Hall is now located on Sparks Avenue.

The Pelham Children's Center Pumpkin Festival will be held this year today, Saturday, October 12 at the Daronco Town House Lawn from 9:00am - 1:00pm with games, food, raffles, crafts for the kids, music with Zev, a petting zoo and pony rides.

The Pelham Chamber of Commerce's second annual Wolfs Walk street festival was held on Saturday, September 7th from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The event featured live music, artisanal food and drink, a highly curated selection of artists, artisans, crafters, and retailers as well as a selection of non-profit organizations.
