An announcement from S&P Global Ratings on Dec. 3 revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating to Westchester County, N.Y.'s general obligation (GO) bonds, 2019 series D ($133.4 million), 2019 taxable series E ($6.7 million), and 2019 series F ($23.6 million).

At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on the county's GO debt outstanding and its 'AA' long-term rating on the county's appropriation-backed debt outstanding. It said "the outlook on all ratings is stable."
