The Town Board will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Monday, Dec. 2 on the Preliminary 2020 Pelham Town Budget projecting a tax levy increase of less than 1%. Town officials have reduced the Tentative Budget that included department requests and projected a tax levy increase of 4.345%.

The public hearing on Dec. 2 will begin at 7:00pm at the Daronco Town House, 20 Fifth Avenue.

It is expected that the Town Board will adopt the final budget at its meeting on Monday, Dec. 16. However, it could adopt it at the Dec. 2 meeting.

The Preliminary Budget totals $4,306,607.34 with a 3.4970% increase in appropriations and a 7.7329% increase in revenues. The projected tax levy increase is 0.913%.
