Lesley Beador, David Beador’s estranged wife, claimed that she, not he, was filing for divorce after she claimed that the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum had withdrawn his petition.
The 38-year-old actress made the divorce announcement on Instagram, posting a photo of herself cuddling their daughter Anna Love on a beach.
“This is the finest possible outcome, even though it is not what I expected.” The happiness and well-being of my children and myself are very important to me,” Lesley continued. I’ve got a great group of people that always have my back, and for that, I’m eternally grateful.
In her final statement, the mother of three said, “I’m looking forward to a bright and joyful future with my beautiful babies.”
It’s been less than a week since Lesley claimed on Instagram Stories that her husband had filed for divorce and she responded by saying, “My husband submitted a request for dismissal a few days ago. Please return to your regularly scheduled programming.
Although nobody has asked the Orange County Superior Court to throw down David’s divorce suit, Page Six was given the exclusive news last week that this is the case by a court spokesperson.
According to online records, there is no request pending in the filing queue and no sign of dismissal in the court docket.
