Country Singer Hardy Was Hurt in A Bus Tour Accident
The country artist Hardy has asked for prayers after an accident involving his tour bus. The tour bus we were riding in got involved in an accident on the way back to Bristol from last night’s gig,” he wrote on Twitter on a Sunday. There were just four of us, including me, aboard the bus, but we were all seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
Hardy went on to say, “Our friend and bus driver needs your prayers as he is still in the hospital.” His loved ones are currently at the hospital with him, and everyone is sending positive vibes and healing thoughts his way.
After being released from the hospital, the “wait in the truck” singer said, “doctors ordered me to recover for the next several weeks which may cost us at a couple of gigs.”
While he recuperates in the following days, “my team and I will keep the fans updated on that,” he promised.
Please pray for our traveling family, and I’ll keep you posted in the days to come, he said. Thanks are to God for the timely action of our emergency medical workers and state and local leaders.
On Sunday morning, Hardy and his team were on their way from Bristol, Tennessee to Nashville when they encountered the trouble. His next performance, alongside Morgan Wallen, is set for October 8th. The likelihood of that happening is unclear.
