Candace Owens, a conservative commentator, talked about the uproar surrounding her and Kanye ‘Ye’ West’s ‘White Lives Matter t-shirts and even encouraged the musician Lizzo to join in.

During a segment of her Daily Wire podcast, Owens argued that African-Americans should be more concerned about issues like abortion, “black-on-black” crime, educational standards, and obesity. Owens also defended the outfits she and West wore to Paris Fashion Week.

At this point, she included Lizzo in her rant. What we should have done, Owens suggested, is put a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt on Lizzo. Perhaps more attention would have been paid to the fact that black Americans are dying prematurely from obesity if we had done so.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that obesity is a leading cause of death in America. According to the CDC, obesity is a severe problem since it is linked to worse mental health outcomes and lower quality of life.

Obesity is linked to several of the top causes of death in the United States and elsewhere, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and some forms of cancer. After a photo of her and West wearing the shirts was widely shared online, Owens launched into a lengthy diatribe about the “White Lives Matter” controversy almost immediately.

Who Is Candace Amber?

Candace Amber Owens Farmer (born April 29, 1989) is a prominent American conservative figure who has published books, hosted television shows and commented on politics. Known for her criticism of Black Lives Matter and the Democratic Party, Owens has since become known for her pro-Trump activism as a black woman. She has repeatedly argued that the negative impacts of white supremacy and nationalism on African-Americans are overstated.

From 2017 until 2019, she served as the director of communications for the conservative advocacy group Turning Point USA.

She joined The Daily Wire in 2021 to host her own political talk show, Candace.

City schools superintendent Joshua Starr called the texts “horrendous” after listening to them. The Owens family settled for $37,500 in federal court in January 2008 after filing a lawsuit against the Stamford Board of Education on behalf of Owens, claiming that the city had failed to adequately protect her rights. Owens did an internship for Vogue magazine after dropping out of college. This led to her becoming the vice president of administration at a Manhattan private equity firm, where she had previously worked as an administrative assistant.

Owens launched her marketing firm, Degree180, and became a prominent online figure in the industry in 2015. She regularly posted blog entries on the business website that made fun of conservative Republicans.

Owens planned to launch his second website, SocialAutopsy.com, that year. However, the service was highly contentious due to the privacy violations it would entail in the pursuit of its stated goal (disclosing online bullies by following their Internet activities.

To get back at Owens, several netizens started publishing her personal information online. Owens claimed that progressives connected to the Gamergate scandal were responsible for the doxing attack, despite the fact that she had no proof that they were.
