It’s time to take a closer look at Winnie the Pooh
Five months ago, A.A. Milne’s original “Winnie the Pooh” stories slipped into the public domain, but the tubby little cubby has already made his entry into slasher movies.
Even before filming concluded on Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey a few weeks ago, the internet was abuzz with images of the demonic Pooh and Piglet poised to leap into the hot tub and devour an unclothed woman.
“It’s been wild,” Rhys Waterfield, the director of four other films, including “Firenado” and “Demonic Christmas Tree,” said in an interview with Variety.
In his first feature film as a director, Rhys Frake-Waterfield tackles the story of Winnie the Pooh.
In spite of the lack of a release date or trailer, IMDb has revealed the cast of the film, which has yet to be released.
Tosini plays Lara, Craig David Dowsett portrays Pooh, Amber Doig-Thorne plays Alice, Danielle Ronald portrays Zoe, and Maria Taylor plays Maria in the film.
The piglet is played by Chris Cordell in the upcoming horror film.
