Nick Kyrgios Girlfriend

During an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, the girlfriend of tennis player Nick Kyrgios was open about the couple’s high-profile relationship. A Sydney-based blogger, Costeen Hatzi, questioned how “strange” it is to have a public romance. She went on to say that it was “overpowering” at first.

In an Instagram Story, Hatzi stated, “I’m definitely getting used to it.” “Nick’s squad is quite amicable, and we’re all very supportive of one other, so it works out well when we travel.” Hatzi, who joked that she handles Kyrgios’ laundry on tour, noted that dating in the spotlight “had its advantages and disadvantages.”

“You have to be secure in yourself and in the relationship,” she continued, “or else the connection will just be troublesome.” Hatzi also stated that, at the end of the day, the couple’s happiness is all that matters, regardless of the “external noise.”

There are always unfounded stories and viewpoints, but that’s part of the lifestyle. It doesn’t matter how strong or joyful we are as long as we are both. “It doesn’t matter what’s going on outside,” she replied.

Hatzi’s Instagram Q&A comes only days after she and Kyrgios appeared on “Today” in Australia. The tennis pro also hinted at a future with “small ones.” Last December, Kyrgios made his relationship with Hatzi Instagram official, only months after his highly publicized breakup from Chiara Passari.

Hatzi was warned by Passari earlier that month that she “had no idea what she’s in for” if she become intimately connected with Kyrgios. Passari earlier claimed Kyrgios had cheated on her in an Instagram post. After an incident in October that resulted in a police visit to their hotel in Adelaide, the couple decided to part ways.

Nicholas Hilmy Kyrgios Davis Cup

Kyrgios made his Davis Cup debut for Australia against Poland in September 2013 when he was 18 years old. After overcoming Marinko Matosevic in a playoff in the lead-up to the tie, he took his position. In the decisive doubles rubber, he was paired with Chris Guccione. Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski defeated them in five sets. After Micha Przysiny quit after five games, he went on to win his first singles rubber.

Kyrgios lost the second rubber of his quarter-final tie against Kazakhstan, despite the media attention he received throughout Wimbledon 2015. “I don’t want to be here,” he said during the contest. In the reverse singles rubber, Kyrgios was then replaced by Sam Groth. He was dropped from the Davis Cup team just before their semi-final match against the United Kingdom. In September 2016, he returned to the Davis Cup team for Australia’s resounding World Group playoff victory over Slovakia.

Kyrgios was left out of Australia’s Davis Cup team for their qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Adelaide in 2019. Later that year, he was re-added to the team for the Davis Cup Finals in Spain. He won his singles rubbers against Colombia and Belgium in Spain to go to the quarter-finals, where he will face Canada. After withdrawing from the quarter-finals owing to injury, he was replaced in his singles rubber by John Millman, who lost. The match finished in a 1–2 tie for Australia.

Kyrgios qualified for his first Olympic Games in Rio 2016, but he withdrew owing to disagreements with the Australian Olympic Committee. In July 2021, Kyrgios stated that he would not compete in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
