Players like Heath and Press aren’t the only ones who have found love on the pitch. Fellow NWST players Ali Krieger and Ashlynn Harris married in December 2019 after keeping their romance secret for nearly ten years. Press just shared a photo from a dinner she and Heath had with the couple. Heath and Press appear to have kissed on a video at Krieger and Harris’ wedding, but the footage’s quality makes it difficult to verify their kiss.

In an official announcement made on September 9, 2020, Manchester United of the FA Women’s Super League revealed the one-year contracts signed by Heath and teammate Christen Press. When she came on as a substitute in the 70th minute of the 3–0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, she scored an assist.
As part of a 4–2 WSL triumph over West Ham United on October 18, she scored her maiden goal for the club. When Manchester United came back from a 2-0 deficit against Manchester City on November 14, Heath scored her first goal in the Manchester derby, resulting in a 2–2 league draw. For the month of November, Heath was awarded WSL Player of the Month honours. Heath was named to the FIFA FIFPro Women’s World 11 at the Best FIFA Football Awards 2020 on December 17, 2020.
United reported in April that Heather had returned to the United States due to a knee injury, which had kept her out of action since January of this year, and that she would miss the Olympics this summer. The club announced on June 24 that Heath will be leaving at the end of the month when her contract expired.
In 2021, Heath signed a contract with Arsenal. As a substitute in Arsenal’s 5–0 win over Manchester City on September 26, 2021, she made her debut. Heath and Arsenal mutually agreed to terminate her contract on April 28, 2022, after she was ruled out for the rest of the season due to a minor hamstring injury she sustained in training.
