Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Eric Fields of Alabama has lately gone viral after photos were taken of him and the internet went wild over his uncanny resemblance to a certain Hollywood actor.
The Rock’s lookalike became an overnight sensation after a TikTok user named “chandlerelyse” from Alabama posted a video highlighting the user’s striking likeness to the former WWE world champion.
Who Is Eric Fields?
People in Alabama, USA, stop and stare at a police officer because of his striking similarity to former WWE wrestler and current Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock.
Eric Fields, a lieutenant in the Morgan Country Patrol, is the man in the spotlight because he looks like a Hollywood actor.
The Morgan County Sheriff‘s Office tweeted a photo of Fields and a Walmart worker with the message, “This gentlemen recently went into Sgt. Mason and advised him he wanted to meet our Deputy that people say looks like ‘The Rock.'”
This information was relayed to Lieutenant Fields by Sergeant Mason, and he was glad to pay him a visit at the Walmart in Hartselle. It was fantastic to meet Tyler, one of their many dedicated employees.

Battle of The Rock
People were drawn to Fields after the image went viral to verify the similarities for themselves. They are unanimous in their belief that he is the actor from Jumanji. Fields added that he has been compared to the actor Vin Diesel. Somebody once said, “You’re like the love child of The Rock(Dwayne Johnson) and Vin Diesel,” and he quoted that.
I concur. I found that to be rather amusing. I appreciate the compliment. It’s possible that things may be worse, he said. He added that he enjoys being the center of attention and that he occasionally attempts to impersonate The Rock and Vin Diesel when asked.

I’m sorry if I’ve let anyone down. One day I come walking up, and I’m looking at it all wrong. It’s flattering, but it can also make you anxious about living up to other people’s expectations. All I intend to do is be myself.

Fields have spent the past 17 years working for the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office in various capacities, including time spent in the local jail, investigations, the special victims unit, and with drug-endangered children. After being sworn in as a deputy US Marshal, he was quickly advanced to the rank of corporal.
Over the course of his career, he rose through the ranks from sergeant to lieutenant while on patrol. As of right now, he is in charge of all tactical instruction.
