South Korea’s “Paradise Group,” for those who don’t know, is a multinational corporation best recognised for its many hotel and resort brands.
The members of the K-pop band BTS, who are frequently in the spotlight because of their top-charting singles, have once again sparked dating rumours around member V. The media has reported on multiple occasions that V is dating Phillip Jeon, president of the Paradise Group. According to various media outlets, V’s trademark bracelet is a product created by the chairman’s daughter.
The music label HYBE issued a statement that put an end to the relationship rumours. Koreaboo published an official statement that said, “The family of chairman Choi Yoon Jung and V are only acquaintances.” In the past, on October 13 KST, V went to the KIAF 2021 VVIP Preview. The handsome singer was recognised by many as he entered the event, despite his attempt to conceal his identity by donning a mask.
V of BTS is rumoured to be seeing the daughter of Paradise Group’s president
As rumours spread that he was related to the President of Paradise Group, they started snapping photos of him. For the uninitiated, the “Paradise Group” is one of the largest groups in South Korea, and its name is synonymous with luxurious hotels and spas. A reporter from 2015 claims to have asked Kim Taehyung, aka V, what he values most in a partner.
When asked what he thought, the artist responded hilariously: “a female that knows how to save money when I make money.” V had also mentioned the need for her to be someone who would give up everything for his parents.
To prevent bullying, BTS has just raised a staggering $3.6 million with their ‘Love Myself’ campaign in collaboration with the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF). References to BTS’s 2019 smash hit Love Yourself inspired the release of the nearly four-year-old anthem “Love Myself,” which occurred in November 2017.
BTS, one of the most popular K-pop groups, has used its vast online fanbase to help end bullying. The collaborative effort seeks to decrease youth violence, bullying, and abuse, and increase youth confidence. Billboard reports that they have successfully raised $3.6 million so far.
