The ruling of the court is against discriminatory race-based processes in American life, including corporate Jobs Hiring

President Joe Biden reminded American corporations not to abandon their jobs hiring practices that choose job applicants from racial groups over other groups.

This statement from Biden about jobs hiring race-based practices was a response to the Supreme Court turning down race-based university admissions. American corporations already realizing the value of diversity should not use the decision of the Supreme Court as an excuse to turn away jobs hiring race-based practices.

President Biden said that the court decision disappointed many Americans, including him. Companies should not abandon their Jobs hiring practices.

Jobs Hiring Practices in American Companies

American corporations have adopted the Jobs hiring practices that preference for particular racial identities to align their corporate values guidelines.

Chief Justice John Roberts said our constitutional history does not tolerate that race-based processes, including race-based Jobs hiring practices.

The White House did not respond to requests for comment regarding race-based Jobs hiring practices.
