Two new leases have been signed at 594 Broadway in SoHo, for a total of 6,300 square feet, and GFP Real Estate, LLC is thrilled to share the news.

According to Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate, “The building continues to attract creative enterprises searching for a terrific site in prime SoHo,” as evidenced by the recent expansions of tenants like Chaloner Associates, Tribeca Printworks, and Levine/Leavitt.

First, on the 10th floor, a national executive search agency called Chaloner Associates signed a three-year lease for 2,934 square feet. The company specializes in recruiting middle- to upper-level communications, public relations, marketing, and investor relations experts. The space will serve as an executive officer for the tenant, and GFP will construct an additional office there.

Tenant Chaloner Associates was represented by Newmark’s Scott Gutnick and Joshua Berg, while landlord GFP Real Estate was represented by Donna Vogel.

In a separate deal, 40-year-old Tribeca Printworks obtained a lease for an extra 1,606 square feet to suit the company’s expansion. In 2017, Tribeca Printworks rented 1,995 square feet at the building, and by the end of 2019, they had grown to a whopping 4,757 square feet.

The landlord was represented by Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate, and she interacted with the renter directly.

The third deal involved a five-year lease for 1,760 square feet on the sixth floor by Levine/Leavitt Inc., an international artists management agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. Levine/Leavitt Inc. represents an impressive roster of photographers, illustrators, designers, and directors. GFP will renovate the space by adding a kitchenette, energy-saving lighting, and fresh paint.

Tenant Levine/Leavitt Inc. was represented in the deal by Rob Kluge of Current Real Estate Advisors, and landlord GFP Real Estate was represented by Donna Vogel.

A 12-story, 250,000-square-foot building, 594 Broadway was designed by Buchman & Deisler and constructed in 1898 as the Lyons Building. The building’s loft-style office areas are illuminated by wide windows and feature exposed brick walls, high ceilings, wooden flooring, original architectural columns, and more.

The building’s location along Broadway between West Houston and Prince Street provides easy access to the 6, R, W, B, D, F, and M trains, as well as a wide variety of popular restaurants and shops.
